What to expect

• Tell me who is sending the documents, such as the title company, escrow company or lender, and I'll confirm the details with you.

• Please have a valid, government-issued photo ID ready for every signer.

• I verify each signer's identity, watch the signing, complete the notarial acts and stamp where required.

• I'll point out where to sign and initial. I can't explain loan terms, give legal or financial advice, or change any document. Please take loan questions to your lender, title company or attorney.

• Once the package is complete, I'll return it as the signing company instructs.

I work from home and don't have a public office, so I always travel to you.
